Knowledgebase search isn't hyperlinked - 02-08-2007, 09:18 PM

After querying the eSupport knowledgebase, the results are not able to be
expanded to their full content. Only the first few lines are shown, and they
can not be expanded. See the attached image.

Anyone know what could cause this problem?

We have just upgraded to 3.11.00 yet this issue is still occuring and looks exactly like the previous screenshot which I attached. All searches include a blank top listing and then the other articles. The css is working correctly because on each article I can see the hover working as it becomes more blue, but no active link
