Is it possible to have a page showing all the knowledge base articles that match the ticket they are trying to create after they hit submit? Then after they review the articles then they can finalize the ticket submission. Something similar to what was in the old version of Kayako. I know about the articles that generate and show under the ticket, but users seem to look right over those. |
