Knowledgebase suggestions are not filtered by template group - 25-10-2006, 08:03 PM

eSupport shows Knowledgebase Suggestions when user is submitting his ticket. But it searches the knowledgebase articles for all template groups, not just current template group.
As a results users are supplied with completely irrelevant suggestions supposed for other products.

Is this is a known bug?

eSupport version 3.04.00

Even I am facing similar problem, I think its a known design bug!
