Hi, I set my default template to German and also selectes the default template to be the one for the E-Mail Queue. I also installed the German phrases. It works fine within the user interface (support center). But Auto-Replies are send IN ENGLISH! I browsed the forums and found out that some others had this problem last year but weren't able to fix it. Kayako "support" tried around in one installation, pretended to receive mails in spanish but the owner of this installation wasn't able to get only one mail in spanish. So I don't expect a solution from Kayako - is there anyone out there who has installed Kayako in a different language and still knoews how he configured it? Regards Mark |

I uploaded my language file as English. If you're not using English then that will work. |
