Language conversion problems

hi everyone
i recently purchased with SupportSuite Owned not long ago.
have installed the english and the converted language version.

there are some error shows up in my hosted page, can anyone help me with this problems?thanks alot.

in this link, the chinese traiditional version shows in right content, but there are some error codes appear at top:

How can those be removed?

2. Is there any place to translate Admin CP and Staff CP in Chinese? or any language skin available? or can be change with my design?

3. for the Live Response, can the Control Window be translated? and where do i place the chat code in my webpage, so it works with Live Response?

this problem has been resolved.
it caused by I tried to translate phrases such as "power by kayako"..etc,
which are shown as editable column under Admin CP>>Languages>>Manage Phrases

If you are one of users that need to have those context transated into a different languages, those are not editable.

Also a suggestion for kayako, if there are phrases that can't be translated or edited, maybe it is better to not show them or simply give notice. it will be easier for both kayako and us.
