Last character truncated.

Hello All,

I am still a newbie with this system so please accept my apologies if something i am doing wrong is causing this issue.

We seem to be having a small problem with the last character of emails sent via the SupportSuite client application. It seems to be truncating the very last character from every email.

Has anyone seen this issue before.

There are no issues with the web side of the system as we are still struggling to get this working, but kayako are onto this for us.

Hi Scott,

I cannot confirm this issue here - can you please submit a support ticket via your member's area explaining the problem (also giving an administrator username and password for your SupportSuite) and let me know the ticket ID?
