We are having same issue. Chat windows time out for us. Unfortunately, we were forced into upgrading to latest CVS since we run Modernbill 5 and the Loginshare for V5 only works in the latest CVS. For instance im FAR more unhappy with modernbill after paying $800 for them to upgrade our V4 to V5, and three weeks later it still doesnt work, but thats another post ![]() I was going to put in a ticket for this, but knowing what i know, they wont "support" a CVS build! lol.... Im stuck till they release a stable version base don latest CVS i guess. Im holding on Kayako, please answer the call and get us a working product! I mean, modernbill 5 has been out for a year, you dont have the integraiton working yet? right but im running the CVS from like the 19th or so, its same verison number but definately an earlier release, im fixing to do the update now. Will respond soon. Live Chat Link Clicked from Website: Success 2. Client Redirect to /visitor/index.php: Success 3. Client enters Name: Success 4. Client Enters E-Mail: Success 5. Client Browser "Please wait, an operator will be with you shortly.": Success 6. Chat Notification Alert to Admin: Success At this point according to my chat window i am connected and can see the users details (name, Email Address). Note that Clients Browser still displays "Please wait, an operator will be with you shortly." 7. Admin sends message via chat window to Client: Fail Admin sends message, success for admin, but due to Clients browser still being in "Please wait, an operator will be with you shortly." Mode, the Client never sees the admins response. After 1.5 Minutes 8. Admin Chat window Displays error saying that the client has not repsonded and is timed out. ================================================== = Interesting Notes: Admin chat pane will say "$client_name is typing a message" if the client has their mouse in the text input field. However, if client hits enter to send the message they are presented with the "Your message could not be delivered, please wait for a representative" blah blah blah... Can we get this fixed Kayako??? Im going to try overwriting the /visitor directory of the CVS build with the /visitor directory of the stable and see if it works. not great i know but a bandaid until there is a fix.
