LDAP user login issues "remember me" - 12-02-2008, 09:48 AM

Hi,

We are using LDAP authentication via Active directory.

When user tick the remember me box on client support center and come back to the website at a different time the password box is filled in with about 20 dots, they click on the login button but are told its the wrong user name and password, they then have to retype their password to be allowed to login.

This is becoming a little but annoying as we have a group policy that locks out accounts after 3 unsuccessful log in attempts.

Any seen or solved this problem?

Is there a way to remove the remember me tick box?

I too would also be curious as to what is causing this. We are running v3.11.01. Via Go To Meeting I have seen this appear on our user's screens. I would not have believed the users had I not seen it for myself.

I have added this to the bug tracker; Kayako Bug Tracker - Viewing Issue #438 - LDAP user login issues "remember me" - we will attend to it as soon as we can.
