Liscense error? - 09-05-2008, 01:31 AM

I recieve this error after esupport installation... Does anyone know what causes this and how can i fix this???

ERROR: Domain does not match license key file domain (s-6helpdesk.com), please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings
This Product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed.

My key is called s-6helpdesk.com

And did i forget to mention it will not let me login either as Administrator.. Just keeps redirecting me back to this page..

when you registered domain in the kayako members area did you just type:

s-6helpdesk.com


or did you put in a different format such as

S-6 Helpdesk - Powered By Kayako eSupport
S-6 Helpdesk - Powered By Kayako eSupport
