I recieve this error after esupport installation... Does anyone know what causes this and how can i fix this??? ERROR: Domain does not match license key file domain (s-6helpdesk.com), please change the product path to match the domain under Admin CP > Settings > General Settings This Product will not work properly unless untill that value is changed. My key is called s-6helpdesk.com And did i forget to mention it will not let me login either as Administrator.. Just keeps redirecting me back to this page.. |

when you registered domain in the kayako members area did you just type: s-6helpdesk.com or did you put in a different format such as S-6 Helpdesk - Powered By Kayako eSupport S-6 Helpdesk - Powered By Kayako eSupport Digital Mayhem, Inc.
