Yeah I did.
I have several template groups, and I have several departments. So I created for example for our site Purplepride.org, a group called purplepride which has its own custom graphics, etc for the support center and live chat.
I created department PPO and PPO Live Support, each which chooses to use purplepride only as the group.
The only one that seems to populate, is when you choose the default chat from our main site...then the dropdowns work.
