Mine I did the following so that it created a Ticket 1) I created a Department titled "Offline Messages" I set it as a Private Department instead of Public this way it won't appear in the Drop down list when someone goes to open a webticket. 2) I then created a mail parser for OfflineMessages@mydomain.com and assigned it to the "Offline Messages" department 3) I went into my cPanel and Created a Forwarder and forwarded the emails too /home/user/public_html/support/cli/index.php 4) Went to Admin CP > Settings > LiveResposne and set forward messages to yes and put the email in as OfflineMessages@mydomain.com So now when someone leaves a offline message it will now create a ticket for them..
