I've added the live chat button to our site, and it seems to work Online/Offline with no problem, and when you click on it you can choose a department and enter your name - but when you click Submit it says one of the required fields is empty. Even though there is no other fields the customer can specify. I'm using the code generated in Supportsuite for the button. Website it's on is http://www.waterbuttsdirect.co.uk Would appreciate some help as to why this is happening. |
