live chat in two language - 15-04-2008, 07:09 PM

I am going to put live chat icon in a site witch people use two different languages

No templates involved. I can't use templates

no my question is when some body clicks the Icon is there a way to choose language

how am I going to solve this one?

I can't put the icones there it does not look nice

Do your staff speak both languages or do you have one set of staff speaking the one language and another set speaking another?

I think the best way would be to use departments.
