Live Responce Not Working STILL - 30-01-2006, 03:31 PM

Its bean almost a month now Trying to get my Live Responce working. What is going on here... Support is Realy Slow. It takes this long to get help?
This is just Nice a support system that has no support.

Go look at my Ticket MVT-126148 It has bean in there for a long time with very Few Responces from your staff. Going into my 3rd month with this system and I have payed for Live Responce, and it still is not working. I have yet got to use it.

And that was the last update I got. It is now Feb 3 and my Live Response is still now working, Just like the Support we have here. NONE! But I bet you will bill me and that my Money. I have bean paying for live responce and it don't work. this is crazy. the only time I see a reponce most of the time is when I start posting in this forum. Why is that? Do I need to post my Whole ticket in this forum? Why is it so hard to get support for a company that make a support suite? Why is that? I think you should not bill me untill you get this fixed? Give me a good reason why I get billed for a product that don't work?

I'm in the same position. Live Repsonse doesn't work as well as a few other features, yet I'm billed monthly and support requests seem to go unanswered for some time.

Exactly what issue are you having with LiveResponse?

Do you host your own install and if so can you provide details of your server (OS, PHP Ver, MySQL Ver, etc?
