Live Response - 404 not found

I recently purchased support suite and I am having problems. I purchased it from mblicenses.com and for some reason when I try to use live response it tells me 404 not found. When it asks where the installation was, I put the root directory where it was.

The guys over at mblicenses.com had extracted the file for me, so it is possible that they might have accidently given me the wrong files so I am trying to find out how I can access the downloads section to download and do a re-install. I don't have a username/pass for the kayako page becuase I didn't order it directly through kayako.

I figured it just isn't worth my time to e-mail kayako becuase everybody here seems to have complaints with their service.

I also assume that the 404 error not found is becuase a file is missing from the installation.

It mysteriously started working. I had submitted a ticket to Kayako and they responded within 5 minutes, it was an excellent response time.
