Hi every Body,
I have mayor issue with the live response and the templates in the
SS, I have several templates for different departments, which at the same time represents different sites and company's, the thing is that when I created the live response tag it just point the live response to the default template and not to the custom templates, I even try modifying the tag adding the group variable and it works but just with Firefox which is fine for me because I just use Firefox but not for our customers that the 99% of them uses Internet Explorer, I have read a lot of post in the forum that talk a little about this, but none solve my problem, maybe some one had have the same problem and found a solution, this thing is driving me crazy and also the clients are not very happy.
Can Some body point me to a solution, if there is any.
