Live support client side automatically goes to "Leave a message" - 08-03-2008, 10:35 PM

I'm in the process of implementing the Live support portion of supportsuite and while the win app portion seems to be working, the client side is having issues.

When I click on the Live support as a client, a browser window pops up. The department pulldown is blank (no entries in the pulldown), and after filling out the fields ad clicking submit, it automatically goes to the leave a message page without even trying the queue or round-robin even though it's configured.

Figured it out. - 08-03-2008, 10:56 PM

Actually I figured it out.. turns out to be a department issue. It was set to Private instead of public! Thanks for your help!.
