| New Member Posts: 27 Join Date: Sep 2004 | Hi there, When you login to the staff control panel, go to Live Support, then Messages, Replied Messages, the dates look aok and are correct. Click on the Subject of the message you want to open, and hey presto the dates changes to the current time and date for both of them... Rather than leaving them as the correct date and time as per the previous page. I don't think this can be a design feature ![]() How can we get round it?
