LiveResponse Help in SupportSuite

Hey all,

I think this will be an easy question to answer. How do I get the LiveResponse part of my SupportSuite up and running? I can see the tab in the staff cp, and that's great, but where do I actually have staff members "log onto" the application or even be able to chat? I could not find anything about this in the manual, just about tracking messages, etc. Any help would be great!

There is not currently a web based place to do this. You need to use the Windows application. The latest version can be downloaded from http://hotfix.kayako.com/winapp/Kaya...E-3.1.1.33.exe
