Hi All, When you use the SupportSuite Windows app on the latest stable version (and all of the prior ones), if you set yourself online, the online pic is shown on your site, if set to offline, offline pic shows, if set to away, it shows offline rather than away?? I havent yet tried the be back shortly one... I wonder if the away status is pointing to the wrong image. Have you ever modified your images or the how they are read? |

Aha an update, Ont he support site itself, it updates aok, however on a different server (our site is split over different servers) the other server is either online or offline, no "Away" or "Back Soon", so do I need to copy the gifs or ehat exactly? More of an update : Just created blank page, no other java on the page, and this does show "away" so this comes back down to the problem I initially had, and posted on the this forum that was moved to development.
