| Locked out of HelpDesk account -

I noticed that new emails to our helpdesk account were not being parsed. Turns out that a tech here had changed the password on the account. I've reset the password but, still the mail is not being parsed. When I attempt to manually parse the mail I get the following message:

I'm assuming this is because SupportSuite's login info was wrong. Anybody have an idea of how I can get this fixed?
