Are you able to go to it via the web and try a login just to test? Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

No, I mean instead of visiting the /pda interface using your PDA, use your computer web browser. Does that log you in ok? Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

I suggest you submit a ticket then so investigation can be performed as I just tested mine (same version as yours - latest) and it works fine. http://members.kayako.net -> "Get Support" Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Hi grahame, I am afraid I cannot come up with anything that may cause the problem. I can also say that I have tested it across a number of installs and browsers and all appear to be working. Is the URL in Admin CP -> Settings set correctly, and does it have a trailing slash? -------------------------------------------------------------------

Wanna create me a test staff account on your help desk so I can test it on mine? If so, PM me the URL, username and password. Would be nice to get this bug pinned down if it is one. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Ok, I can confirm this problem exists for me too (WM5 and FF on XP). Checked the settings as you created an admin account and found the cookie settings were not changed (as I thought it may be that). Also tried using PDA output compression set to no. Deffo would appear to be a bug. Needs the developers to look over your install really. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

If it was a bug, I imagine that it'd occur more frequently for other users. Please submit a support ticket about the issue (via your member's area) with your login details. Then, please post the ticket ID here and I'll be able to take a look myself and perform some cookie diagnostics to help our support staff. -------------------------------------------------------------------
