Loginsgare Joomla issue.

I have installed loginshare for joomla 1.0.12 and its working fine. I mean when a joomla user tries to login on support suit then kayako let users login again. No problem.

But if a visitor submit a query (ticket) kayako assign him a user id / password and send him via email notification. Now here is the problem. that user info doesnot work in kayako anymore.

what am i missing?

If your using LoginShare, I recommend you go Staff CP -> Users -> Groups -> Guest and set the submit ticket widget to no.

But it will disable tickets for un-registered visitor. I want to have that also.

It is not possible at this moment. I believe you need to create mod that will read Joomla users database, and will insert new Kayako users into Joomla and will send to a user his password.
