LoginShare - Can't submit tickets

I wrote a LoginShare module to interface with our hosted Volusion shopping cart system. It works just fine to log into eSupport, however tickets cannot be opened once the users log in. Once the ticket is filled out, this error is shown:

One of the required field(s) is empty

If I switch the user validation back to the standard eSupport system, tickets can be opened with no problem at all.

Any ideas what I'm missing? Anyone seen this problem before?

You are missing one of the required fields that is not being supplied by the LoginShare module. Are you aware that there are hidden fields on all of the submitted inputs? Compare your LoginShare module with Kayako's and see which hidden variable is missing.
