Losing ISO-8859-1 during Language Import/Export

ISO-8859-1 works without problems in eMails and while changing phrases directly within the admin section ..

But Export/Import breaks the ISO code and Umlauts are returned as UTF ****.

Did anyone ever experienced this as well ?

I have experienced this and it seems that it is already logged as a bug. Im sure it will be fixed in the next release. I haven't spoken with Varun but I remember seeing a bug report for this.
