There will be two issues addressed here - JavaScript alerts not working for some people in some areas of SupportSuite and the cookie login issue (where cookie data is used even when a new e-mail and password is entered into the login form). -------------------------------------------------------------------

Ah great. How come these were not picked up by the quality assurance team by the way? Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

I guess that the testers team did not pick up on the error due to it being caused by a late change. The JavaScript problem identified was due a change made quite late on, and was an oversight in how JavaScript is handled in some areas of SupportSuite. As for the client login issue, this obviously was not picked up by the testers team due to the problem being fairly circumstantial, but it also brought to light a design flaw in the login system that caused the 'bug' which has now been corrected. -------------------------------------------------------------------

When you say "testing team", are you meaning the customer based one (ie the one I am a part of)? I thought I read there was an internal one too (Quality Assurance Team I think you said). Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

No, there isn't a Quality Assurance team as such but myself and the our US staff (as well as standard testing by Mahesh etc.) rigorously check bugs and test the builds. -------------------------------------------------------------------
