We force SSL on the domain we run support on using the cPanel SSL tool, because of this, I needed an RSS reader that supported SSL, which is why I chose Magpie.
We were running eSupport before upgrading to SupportSuite. I had setup Magpie to handle our tickets RSS feed for an internal tool, and it worked great, after a little goading
Now, after upgrading to SupportSuite, Magpie broke. I've changed the URL Magpie hits, I'm using the proper hex values for :,/, and @, as well as the right login for my RSS user, and I'm getting no love from Magpie.
Is anyone aware of any changes in the RSS feed between version 3 of eSupport and SupportSuite? Or, is anyone aware of any other PHP or perl RSS readers that support SSL? If anyone's aware of a flash RSS reader that supports RSS, that may be a viable option as well.
