Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender - 04-10-2006, 07:56 PM

We are having an issue with mails being forwarded into our system. We have just upgraded to 3.04.00 and now are getting the following delivery failed email sent. Has anyone seen this before? If you need further details please contact me.

I was having this problem as well. It was due to some missing strtolower() statements in the addRecipients function on the modules/tickets/functions_ticketmain.php page. It was corrected in version 3.11.01. Basically, if you strtolower() all occurances of the email address in that function, it will fix it.
