I am brand new so maybe I am missing something http://wholesalerwholesaler.helpserve.com/index.php is my help desk I am configuring for use with our website customers. I have registered and waited for the email system to send me the user details so I could create aticket to make sure the emails are going out as needed so people can register and recover last passwords ect.... I went into the admin panel and DID THE FOLLOWING 1) Login to Admin CP at http://wholesalerwholesaler.helpserv...dmin/index.php 2) Goto Mail Parser > Insert Email Queue 3) Enter support@wholesalerwholesaler.helpserve.com, Select the required settings and click Insert 4) Test the setup by emailing support@wholesalerwholesaler.helpserve.com, You should receive an Autoresponder with the ticket being created in the corresponding department. Have double checked everything nothing seems to be maing out when new accounts are created and password recovery requests are generated Also I would like a confirmation email sent to me as admin to alert me when something is being posted ect...... Not sure what I am missing but maybe some of the seasoned pros here can chirp in.... Thanks Joe |
