| New Member Posts: 4 Join Date: May 2008 SupportSuite Owned License | In "Mail Parser » Manage E-mail Queues" I have created the email address support@myemailadress.com and the details added are Fetch Type: POP3 Host: pop.1and1.co.uk Port: 110 Username: support@myemailadress.com but when i reply to an email sent out via the staff section of supportsuite from an external email address such as gmail or any company email account i get no reply back into supportsuite. Now when i try to receive the replys via my outlook i receive them so my 1and1 email account is fine. What am i doing wrong if anything? your help is appreciated as im evaluating a demo account to decided whether to purchase this software by the end of my trial time. Thank in advance ![]() |
