mail parser problem

I have set up everything according to the manual. It doesn't work yet. It bounce back mail with the following error.
The following text was generated during the delivery attempt:

Failed loading /usr/local/lib/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.0.so: /usr/local/lib/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_5.0.so: undefined symbol: zend_std_get_static_property

email and esupport both are on the same domain.

Also i want to know that how can i fetch the email queue? From staff cp or admin cp? where?

Also let me clear that ioncube is installed properly and 777 permission given to index.php in cli folder.
