| Mass Reply and Default Ticket Status when Replying? -

I have the "Default Ticket Status when Replying" set to "Open" (so new tickets will be opened when staff first reply)
Anyone know (or can test) if this works when you "Mass Reply"
e.g. I have 5 New tickets, I select them, select "Mass Reply", reply to them, the status of the 5 tickets should now be "Open" correct?
I could swear I've done this before and it worked (all tickets where open after reply) Now it sends the replies, but the tickets remain "New"

Features I need asap: 1) Ticket search in the client portal! 2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name 3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area. 4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.
