MB Shared Login - Some Registered User's Email Rejected - 12-06-2006, 09:31 AM

Hello,

I use Kayako integrated with ModernBill, and have about 300 registered clients.

Use the pipe fetch type email parser (queue setting = registration required), some registered user (using registered email) can create a new ticket by email without problem.

The other way, some other registered user's email (registered email address) was rejected due the "Unregistered User" issue. From parser log, I found "Result: User registered_email@domain.tld is not registered. The Queue settings require that the user be registered."

FYI, that the client can login to kayako and modernbill both using their rejected email address without problem.
