Menu Errors in IE 6+ and Firefox

Hi,
Anyone else getting menu errors?

eg, when you are in the staff cp and click on Manage Tickets,

Search | New Ticket | Predefined Replies | Alerts | Reports

menu options all give # as their url link.

The load status of the page in IE shows, 'Done but with errors'

I can't access these and other sub menu sections to setup/manage my eSupport install. Any one offer any help, suggestions?

I have had similar issues. It seems that either your installation did not go as intended, or your cache files are having some issues. If you are running a fresh install, you should just re-run the installer assuming all files are uploaded correctly and that should correct the issue. If you are running a live installation and you are still having issues, delete the files in the cache folder and run the script again. If you still have issues, submit a ticket to Kayako staff so they can have a closer look at your installation.
