Exclamation Merging error - 15-09-2006, 07:21 AM

Using the latest CVS, I get this error when I try merging tickets:

Warning: Missing argument 2 for addrecipients() in /path/modules/tickets/functions_ticketmain.php on line 934

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /path/modules/tickets/functions_ticketmain.php:934) in /path/modules/tickets/staff_ticketactions.php on line 436

But the merging works fine. I am not sure if the recipients are added though

Hello,

No one has confirmed this bug yet, so it may be to your best interest to log a ticket in the support system in order for your issue to be rectified.

Regards,

Grant

Arrow Error message after merging - 24-01-2007, 08:58 PM

Hi, we have a similar problem as Racket Hosting.

Sometimes, when we merge a ticket with another ticket, we get the following error message:

Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO `swticketemails` (`email`) VALUES ('test.mail@Teleplan.no'); (Duplicate entry 'test.mail@Teleplan.no' for key 2)
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/vhosts/teleplanglobe.helpserve.com/httpdocs/includes/functions.php:410) in /var/www/vhosts/teleplanglobe.helpserve.com/httpdocs/modules/tickets/staff_ticketactions.php on line 436

This seem not to happen always, but it is always related to merging of tickets that has been forwarded from Outlook to Kayako, i.e. it does not happen when both tickets have been created from within Kayako itself.

I have an ongoing support ticket with the Kayako team, but they have so far not been able to help me.

Anybody else seen this message and if so, what am I doing wrong to have produced it

Hi,

This issue is fixed in our latest CVS builds. It is recommended to upgrade.

Our company just received this error as well. We're running 10.0.2 STABLE. It still did the merge but spat out this error.

Thanks.

Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO `swticketemails` (`email`) VALUES
('aaaa@aaaa.com); (Duplicate entry 'aaaa@aaaa.com' for
key 2)

this error arise when i send an email to someone with the support email in CC and the ticket number in the subject.
