| Message getting sent to wrong queue -

I'm trying to filter out some messages from our servers (periodic emails from freebsd) and I have kayako checking a separate address where those messages go. I have a separate department with a separate queue for them but they always turn up in the general support department queue. ( the main one we use). The new queue looks like this in email queue list:
Address: freebsd-root-emails@blahblah
Fetch type: POP3
Department: Automated messages
Registration Required: no
What am I missing that is making it go to the wrong queue? I have 8 email queues in the list. 3 are pop3 and the rest are pipes and they all work fine except this new one. I’m guessing there is some check box somewhere berried that I can remember. |
