Message Parsing Rules

I am trying to insert some message parsing rules to go along with Spam Assassin and I am having a few problems.

Under criteria in the first field I thought I read somewhere that we could have it look at the header of the email for the spam assassin tags. I can't see to find this option, am I missing it?

I would like to delete all incoming emails that spam assassin marked as spam and then send a response from "donotrespond@domain.com" explaining their message was marked as spam and they would need to manually create a ticket at "blahblah.com". I see where you can respond with a custom message but I don't see where I can specify what email address to send the message from. Is this a option?

I don't see an option for header check either, but can't you have SpamAssassin just tag the subject *SPAM* and and filter on that?

Yes but I have seen where the header option spoke about and I would rather use that.

I have put in a support ticket (MXF-670212) 5 days ago and I have yet to receive a response.
