| Migrating Tickets and admin panel configuration from Hosted eSupport to your server -

I'm assuming it should be a no brainer to export tickets from a hosted eSupport to a version that i'll later host on my servers. We have very limited custom fields. If so, can anyone validate this? I'm also wondering if there is some configuration file where all the customizations that you chose in the settings on the admin panel are exportable?
Right now, i'm just having hosted eSupport because i'm in the middle of a complete web redesign and we need a stop gap solution off our old website which is hosted on a hosting provider which limits stuff to basic pages.
Until we have everything running right on our own servers, we need the hosted eSupport. But then we'd like to buy a full license and run it on our own servers, and so therefore migrate all the tickets over from the hosted.
