ModernBill 5.1.4 Client Login - Fatal Error

I'm getting these errors when trying to login to ModernBill Client 5.1.4 and Kayako 3.10:

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /serverpath/html/kayako/functions.php on line 846

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /serverpath/html/modernbill/lib-tk/include/common.php on line 713

Please provide me following to trace the issue:
1. FTP access of both Modernbill and kayako installtion.
2. Admin User name and password of kayako 3.10.00.
3. Moderbill client Login information.
