Hi,
Using above through integration for almost a year now and just come across a problem that could easily go unnoticed.

If a customer logs in via the modernbill login and changes the email address on their MB profile, it doesn't update in the kayako users db.

So if they raise a support ticket, any responses still get sent to the old email address.

Any fix for this?

everyone happy then with their mb/kayako integration? and updates to email addresses in your mb profiles are also getting changed in your user profiles in kayako?
