We were working with Mohit on a problem with MB5 integration, but it's been a week since we've received a reply. Can we get someone else to check it out?

Hi,

I am working on your issue. But for some reason the helpdesk Interface is not coming up in your ModernBill. Delayed is caused firstly because of the fact that it is a tracing issue and secondly your sever behaves in a very odd manner. For one minute it works fine and in another it starts giving time out error.
