Multi-language News Items - 01-07-2008, 11:03 AM

Hi, I'm using Kayako for my company with a lot of different languages (dutch,german,france,english), It there a way to make also different newsitems for a dutchclient/germanclient/...etc. I really help to have that option in it to make the support 1 language support and not 2.

You can do these using template groups feature. Search the forums for "template groups" or "satellite helpdesk" and you should get something.

Multi language in Kayako needs a lot of fixing.

To translate the content in Kayako, you will have to modify substantial part of source code without which this is not possible.

To have a multilanguage support helpdesk in every way would be a dream come true. We created sub categories under each department for the each language. The easiest way at this moment.
