I have several different product web sites that could use Kayako, however I would like to be able to answer all of the tickets from one location, rather than jumping around to several different Kayako installations to answer all of my support questions.

Is this supported by the 3.x line of SupportSuite, where I could have multiple sites with their own unique categories, then be able to manage all support from a central location?

Well you have two ways of doing this.

1) Create Template Groups via the Admin CP

2) Install Ghost Copies on your other sites and have it share the MySQL Database of your original installation... (Note: This will require purchase of an Additional License which is $49.95)

First, is it possible to do both, so if Site1 has a ghost installation and uses a template group, Site1 will not see Site2's and Site3's ticket categories?

And second, are there any bugs or quirky issues associated with doing something like this that I should be aware of before making the financial commitment?

well with either method when a client gets a response to their ticket its gonna show the main install path URL so they will know about it.

But yes if you create user groups you can assign certain departments to certain user groups only.

I need this for 3 domains! I"m thinking about editing the source somehow and making the install URL field a dynamic thing by adding $_SERVER['HTTP_HOST'] to it somehow. but is the Knowledgebase and troubleshooter the same among all template groups?
