I am setting up Support suite on a hosted version and would like to pre register many users, can this be done, via say an Excel upload or any way to save us adding new users one at a time?

Any help is appreciated, I spoke with livechat and received a quick No, so was wondering if there is a work around?

On the hosted platform, no.

You are right Craig, with a leased or owned version you can do the import of the users using phpmyadmin or any other tool to import the user data from a csv or Excel file directly to the database.

Is there any directions on how to import users, I have tried to import using the cvs file that I exported from the swusers and swusersemail tables. Then I edited the the cvs files to add a new user. I change the user id to the next number. I had done this for both CSV files to add 1 customer as a test.

Upon, importing the CVS thru myphpadmin I get 1 error on line 1

I tried using the import without the headers and with the headers and the same error occurs. Is there any one that could give me some insite on this upload issue.

When you manually added the user are you sure you didn't break or miss out on any tags if there were any. What does your line 1 in the CVS file say?
