My Licence Expired - do kayako staff work weekends? - 17-06-2006, 10:03 PM

I have not received my new key this month, i have paid (via paypal) and notified them. I have sent in a ticket (around 9am GMT saturday) its now 11:03pm GMT and no response. I Send in a urgent ticket to support and billing, yet is anyone to respond.

Does anyone know if there staff work weekends?

Finally my new business bank account have sent me my new debit card, but now most bugs out of kayako i think am going to move to a owned licence that way i wont have such a issue ever again.

Can someone help as my licence expires 18th June!

no response in general on weekends.

Don't send multiple requests or they will claim that is why they did not get back to you. Each reply puts you at the bottom on their list.

anyway i found by paying twice i got my key. just need to claim back my other money now lol.
