My LiveResponse App Can't get connected, Please Help!

I did everything just following the instruction. Username and password are 100% correct. My InstaAlert works very well. However I keep getting the error below when I login the LiveResponse:

The version of LiveResponse I installed is 3.1.1.48-unstable, which was just released several days ago. And this is my first time to install and use LiveResponse.

Can some one help? do you guys have similar problem?

Go Tools -> Options -> Network and make sure the proxy isn't enabled if you are not using one. I hear this is causing a few people problems.
