Yes a useless Kb when it comes to multi language Google can not index nothing because I have difffernt templages for other langauges google will only index the default one with is English. On the other hand I have the pain to make sure when I put a link from the kb to other sites as reference I should always put the template group. Mr Kayako. this is effecting my business! how long should we have this and grumble here? |

You will have to wait till v4 is released. No ETA is currently available. I do not believe Kayako will revamp the system for v3. yes and now I end up with hours and hours of work trying to build my multif language kb but find out I was wasting my time Now I am coping all the contents into my vbulletin. with two IDS Question: bla bla Answer: Bla Bla This is funny you pay money for a software and you can not use it properly. It is not just 500 dollars it is for all the time that I am strugling things to work. My site is not working properly. Still not working. |
