My name on the ticket instead of the user - 31-05-2009, 03:13 AM

This seems like a really dumb question, but it's not making any sense. When I create a ticket in the Staff CP for a user (who may call or email directly) I select them for the email address, but after creating it puts my name under the "full name" field and their email address. Shouldn't it use theirs?
