From Name field - 21-11-2006, 02:51 PM

How can I make it that everytime a staff member replies to a ticket, it will show his name in the 'From' field, but using the default queue email (helpdesk@blabla)
I've tried leaving blank the 'Queue Overrides' -> From Name field, but it's still showing the 'Display Name' I have in my email address book instead of the staff member name.

Is there a way to do that?
