Name order in Owner drop down - Kayako

The drop down list that appears when you select the Owner of a ticket ( to assign it ) appears in an apparently random order on our system ( I think they are there in the order the Staff were registered though cant be sure ).

This makes it quite difficult to locate the person you want to assign the ticket to if, like us, you have a lot of Staff.

It would be much easier to scan down this list if it were in alphabetical order. Can this be done ?
